Find out if you are really strong through this simple experiment.

What you need:

A strong rope that’s about 10 feet or roughly 3 m in length, a small bucket, two litres of water and a marker.

What you do:

Tie one end of the rope to a rigid support like a window grill. Mark it A Tie a small bucket in the middle of the rope and mark it C. Pour two litres of water into the bucket. Pull the other end ‘B’ and try to make the rope straight as shown in the dotted line ADB.

What you find:

No matter how hard you pull, the point ‘C’ never comes exactly to ‘D’.

Why?

Infinite force is required to make the rope straight! It’ll break before it becomes straight.
