For those who love their android smartphones, managing battery life can be a bit tricky. Battery Saver 2X packs five tools into one app- – battery life indicator, settings optimizer, task killer/memory optimizer, uninstaller and charge alerts. The battery screen tells you how much time you have left for certain activities, allowing you to equate battery life with what you’re going to be doing. Set up alerts for different battery levels so you know how long your phone lasts in conditions below 50% or so.
A lot of these tools are things that most people would have installed separately, so it’s nice to see them all in one app and working together to reach the same goal. The interface is easy to use, and each tool is set apart in its own little area of the app, it’s intuitive and could help you get the best out of your smartphone’s battery just when you need it.
Customize certain functions to turn off or on e.g. Bluetooth, GPS, WI-FI. The uninstaller lets you get rid of apps that you haven’t been using in bulk. The main attraction is the optimizer that tells you how optimized your battery is at first; you can then kill tasks with the one-touch ‘Optimize’ button to save battery energy.
