What is the meaning, origin and usage of the word ‘Bohemian’?

Meaning : The noun refers to a socially unconventional person, especially one who is involved in the arts. As an adjective, it refers to the quality of being socially unconventional in an artistic way.

Origin: The word is said to have originated in the 19th Century from the French word bohemien referring to a Bohemian – to mean a gypsy because back then gypsies were thought to have come from Bohemia (now part of the Czech Republic).
